Our story
Frank A. Corriher started the company in 1953 drilling with a homemade shot rig and drilling 2 ½ inch wells. In 1965 he purchased his first air drill rig and went to 6 inch wells. We are still drilling 6 inch wells and using a more modern air rig today. Frank is in his 90’s and still contributes advice to the company.
Danny Corriher, Frank’s oldest son started running the rig full time in 1970 and continued to work until he passed away in 2016. His brothers and nephews continue to run the company.
Joel Corriher (middle son) is certified pump Tec with 45+ year experience. He has a degree in Electrical Installation & Maintenance and C Well Water Treatment Facility Operator.
Ricky Corriher (youngest son) is a licensed certified driller with 40 years’ experience in drilling and pump service.
We have two third generation Corriher’s added to our work force. Jordan Corriher the son of Joel Corriher. Jordan came on board in 2011 with an Associates Degree in Electrical Electronics and Technology. And Tyler Corriher the son of Ricky Corriher. Tyler came on board in 2011.
Susan Corriher, wife of the late Danny Corriher started work in the office in 1975, and took over Danny’s ownership in the company after he passed.
